This application must be completed by the attending Senior before purchasing a ticket.
Dates that are not a GHS Senior-
- Seniors bringing a date that attend high school somewhere other than GHS are required to fill out the form below and submit it to their Assistant Principal for approval at least two days prior to ticket purchase
- Seniors bringing a date that is out of high school and age 20 or below will fill out the form as well as complete the App Garden information for a background check.
Things to know:
-Student and guest must present IDs (student ID or driver's license) upon arrival at prom.
-Student's attendance must be 90% or better in all classes to purchase a prom ticket.
-Students must be clear of all obligations such as books/uniforms/equipment in order to purchase a prom ticket.
-Students understand that they will be subject to a breathalyzer exam upon arrival.
Note: As the shopping begins…the area surrounding the venue and inside the venue is historic Fort Worth Stockyards brick and will be challenging for those beautiful stilettos. Make sure and have comfy shoes for after the pictures! The dance floor itself is smooth concrete.
