EECU Customer Care Awards presented to Granbury High School

Granbury ISD’s EECU Customer Care Awards were presented to Granbury High School during monthly campus visits with the Board of Trustees and district administrators on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

Ali Shue and Elias Viana were presented with the EECU Customer Care Awards, a recognition award given to deserving employees. At the presentation, GHS Principal Duane Fish praised Ali and Elias for their dedication to the district, campus, and to the students.

Mr. Fish said the following about Ali Shue, an Algebra I Teacher:

“Ali has worked tirelessly to support the Algebra 1 Team with Bluebonnet implementation this year. She has devoted countless hours inside and outside of the classroom this school year by serving her fellow teammates and ensuring they feel prepared and are equipped to deliver high quality instruction each day. Her above and beyond attitude has been paramount to this department’s overall success.”

Mr. Fish said the following about Elias Viana, who works for Support Services:

“Elias is a vital member of our Custodial Staff here at GHS. He strives each day to ensure that our campus is ready to go for our students and teachers. He is always happy to help, positive, friendly, and ready to lend a hand whenever support is needed. We are so grateful he is here with us at GHS!”

The district thanks EECU for their partnership and for the gifts presented to Customer Care winners.
